الشروط والأحكام الخاصة بحجز المساحات
حرصًا على تنظيم استخدام المساحات وتوفير تجربة حجز سلسة ومناسبة للجميع، يرجى الاطلاع على المواعيد والضوابط التالية قبل تقديم طلب الحجز.
مواعيد الاستخدام
- تتوفر المساحات للاستخدام يومي الاثنين والخميس، من الساعة 3:30 مساءً حتى 5:00 مساءً.
مدة تقديم الطلب
- يرجى تقديم طلب الحجز قبل الموعد المطلوب بـ 10 أيام عمل على الأقل، وذلك لإتاحة الوقت الكافي لمراجعة الطلب واستكمال إجراءات الحجز.
السعة القصوى
- قاعة المجلس: بحد أقصى 7 أشخاص.
- المسرح: بحد أقصى 15 شخصًا.
المراجعة والتأكيد
- يرجى التأكد من توافق طلب الحجز مع المواعيد والسعة المحددة أعلاه.
- تخضع جميع طلبات الحجز للتوافر والمراجعة واستيفاء الشروط والأحكام المعتمدة.
- لا يُعد تقديم طلب الحجز تأكيدًا للحجز إلا بعد استكمال إجراءات المراجعة والموافقة عليه.

Space Booking Terms and Conditions
As part of our efforts to ensure the effective use of our spaces and provide a smooth booking experience for everyone, please review the following timings and guidelines before submitting a booking request.
Availability
- The spaces are available for use on Mondays and Thursdays, from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM.
Notice Period
- Booking requests must be submitted at least 10 working days prior to the requested date, allowing sufficient time for the request to be reviewed and the booking process to be completed.
Maximum Capacity
- Al Majlis Room: maximum capacity of 7 people.
- Theatre: maximum capacity of 15 people.
Review and Confirmation
- Kindly ensure that your booking request complies with the above availability and capacity limits.
- All booking requests are subject to availability, review, and compliance with the applicable Terms and Conditions.
- Submission of a booking request does not constitute confirmation until the request has been reviewed and approved.
