Developed in collaboration with LinkedIn, the Arab Youth Professional Readiness Program helps young people build the skills they need to enter and compete in the job market. Participants can access LinkedIn Learning courses across specialised digital and professional learning pathways, covering areas from artificial intelligence and data analytics to leadership and entrepreneurship. The program also helps them build professional profiles that reflect their abilities, earn accredited certificates and explore training and employment opportunities. Its pilot phase will inform a model that can be expanded to reach more young people across the Arab region.
