As part of GITEX Technology Week 2025, the Arab Youth Center and E& Group signed a strategic memorandum of understanding to empower Arab youth with future skills in technology and digital transformation, and expand educational and practical training opportunities for them.

The partnership includes several unique initiatives, including providing exclusive opportunities for youth to join the Arab Youth Center's programs, developing and launching the "Youth Academy" as a digital educational platform available to Arab youth, supporting participation in the "Arab Youth Technical Fellowship" program, and providing quality practical training opportunities through joint initiatives and programs.

The agreement also includes cooperation in promoting E&'s Youth Loyalty Program ( SWYP ), along with contributions from the company's experts in artificial intelligence and digital transformation, in support of the center's vision to build the capabilities of Arab youth and prepare them for the future.

In this context, Ms. Fatima Al-Halami, Executive Director of the Arab Youth Center, said: “This partnership with E& comes within the framework of our commitment to expanding partnerships with leading institutions in the technology sector, providing opportunities for Arab youth to acquire the skills they need to compete in the global digital economy. We therefore believe that empowering youth begins with investing in their skills and energies, and providing a real environment for learning, experimentation, and innovation.”

This memorandum of understanding with the Arab Youth Center reflects E&'s commitment to supporting a generation of digitally empowered Arab youth. Through its Youth Academy, training opportunities, and participation in advanced technology programs, the group aims to empower young talent to lead the region's digital transformation and contribute to building a sustainable, knowledge-based economy.

This partnership falls within the two parties' vision to enhance investment in the energies of Arab youth and empower them with the tools of the digital future. This will contribute to building a generation of leaders capable of innovation and creating solutions, enhancing the region's competitiveness in the global economy. The memorandum of understanding represents a new step toward unifying efforts between the public and private sectors to create greater opportunities for youth and consolidate their role as active partners in the development process.
